Dear sir,
To introduce myself, as briefed above, I am an International violinist of high performing standards with more than 29 years of practice, dedications with thorough knowledge of the fundamentals. I have learnt in Mumbai and Kovai and have done my B.A. in Indian music. I have learnt both Carnatic and Hindustani music under disciples of veterans like VIOLIN SAMRAT, Padma sree, Sangeetha Kalanidhi, Dr.M.S.GOPALA KRISHNAN & Late sree NARAYANA IYER ( father of SANGEETHA KALANIDHI Dr.T.N. KRISHNAN) , violinists of International repute.
I have played more than 3500 stage live concerts ( also in SUN TV, VIJAY TV & RAJ TV ) , all over India and played solos/duets/or instrument ensembles/orchestras.
I have played as accompaniment with all sorts of musical instruments like guitar, flute. saxophone, veena, clarinet, key board, jalatharangam, nagaswaram, etc., and vocalists. Also played for TAMIL ISAI-thirumurai & BHAJANS.
I have played with International maestro SANGEETHA KALANIDHI. VALAYAPATTI THAVIL A.R.SUBRAMANIAM and he has honoured me with a title Doctorate and Maestro, which I feel it of a high previlege.
I have a repertoire of more than 500 varnams, 4000 keerathanas and in more than 500 ragas of familiar and rare compositions.
I am honoured with a title "SRUTHI GANA KALA BHOOSHANA" by " COONAMBATTI MANICKKAVASAGA SWAMIGAL ATHINAM" which I feel as the highest privelage for all my musical career.
I have trained students as a teacher for more than 10 years and they are performing artists in the ensemble. I have composed varnams/keerthanas in rare ragas too which are of high appealing nature.
With these brief introductions, I wish the music lovers/rasikas patronizing sabhas and we have a regular performing troop of 6 members, and our fees/charges for a concert are very reasonable and customer friendly. I will take it a rare previlage to perform teach before choicest rasikas / music lovers the worldover, as it is a language from heart to heart and knows no boundaries.
